Life's a beach
At last sun and time off coincide. No races planned this weekend (it's amazing how easy it is to get sucked into racing every weekend even when you're running slow) so we went for a no-pressure run around the beach. No pressure means there is time for interacting with the environment. The beach round at Aberlady always has toys. We ignored the traffic cones but couldn't resist the floppy football with a plastic crate goal and the open air secretarial chair.
By the time we were driving home it was raining so I think we hit our weather window just right.
